Who we are
Nicholas Glithero
Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA, CGMA Fellow)
Nick is an enthusiastic and professional qualified accountant with 40 years of experience in industry and finance sectors. He has held various roles, including cost accountant, factory accountant, and finance analyst, and for 25 of those years, he served as a Finance Director and Financial Controller, working with both SMEs and multinational companies. His primary focus has been driving profitability and improving cash flow for the organisations he has worked with.
Wei Mao
BI Analyst and Accountant (Bsc (Hons), MAAT, PQ ACCA)
Wei is an IT graduate, MAAT accountant, ACCA part-qualified with ACCA Advanced Diploma in Finance, she is also a Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Python Certified Associate Programmer and accredited Advanced Financial Modeller from FMI.
She has 10 years of experience in accounting and business reporting. Her passion lies in combining her accounting knowledge with data reporting techniques in Power BI, Power Query, SQL and VBA to help businesses generate critical operational and financial insights, improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen data-driven decision-making.
