Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA, CGMA Fellow)
Nick is an enthusiastic and professional qualified accountant with 40 years of experience in industry and finance sectors. He has held various roles, including cost accountant, factory accountant, and finance analyst, and for 25 of those years, he served as a Finance Director and Financial Controller, working with both SMEs and multinational companies. His primary focus has been driving profitability and improving cash flow for the organisations he has worked with.
Wei Mao
BI Analyst and Accountant (BSc, MAAT, PQ ACCA)
Wei is a MAAT accountant, ACCA part-qualified with ACCA Advanced Diploma in Finance and accredited Advanced Financial Modeller from FMI; she is also an IT graduate, Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Python Certified Associate Programmer.
She has 10 years of experience in accounting and business reporting. In per past roles, she developed automated business reports and dashboards to generate critical operational and financial insights on her own initiative, improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen data-driven decision-making.
Recently, Wei developed her own AI-powered data pipeline to eliminate the tedious, manual aspects of bookkeeping. With gratitude, she is happy to share the benefits of her automation journey with our business clients.
